We can customize the Bluetooth® Name the user sees when paring to the promotional audio product, from their tablet or smartphone. For example the bluetooth name can match the 'logo' which you want branded on the audio product. The default bluetooth name if this service is not requested is 'Promotional Speaker' or 'Promotional Headphone'.
